Licensing Terms

The licensing terms detail the rights for publication, distribution, and use of the article contents. The corresponding author is responsible for completing and returning the signed Authorship Statement Form, validating the agreement with the License Terms, to the editorial office.

 Arta Medica releases its articles under the terms of Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike CC BY-SA 4.0 International License
This permits anyone to:
Share – copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
Adapt – remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
You can act under the following terms:
Attribution – you must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or our use.
ShareAlike – if you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
No additional restrictions – you may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

Notices

With such terms, the authors retain the ownership of copyright on the published material and the public is allowed to reuse the content of the article without asking permission from the authors or publisher, as long as the original work is properly cited – the name of the author (co-authors) and the title of Arta medica, volume, number, year and pages are mentioned.

However, Arta Medica does not grant you any other rights in relation to its website or the material on its website. In other words, all other rights are reserved.
