PHENOPTOSIS - BIOCHEMICAL MECHANISM (A REVIEW)

Rezumat

An important part of any anti-aging program is knowing what the factors that accelerate aging are. Aging theories explain its causes and mechanisms. Mechanisms of aging are manifested in hundreds of types of changes at all levels – from molecular to physiological. Aging is a set of processes, each reducing the body's resistance. I propose this article in order to make it known that both the aging rate and longevity can be influenced more significant. Understanding the aging process, however, can provide us with different solutions to slow down the process and to enjoy health and vitality for a longer time.
