Aims & Scope
The aims of Arta Medica are to disseminate the results of scientific research conducted within medical institutions of the Republic of Moldova and to inform the Moldovan medical community about the latest international advances in medical science and practice. The journal seeks to foster collaboration between national and international researchers by publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed papers that reflect the development of modern medicine in Moldova and abroad.
The scope of the journal includes original research and review articles, clinical studies and case reports, lectures, brief communications, correspondence, official papers, and editorials in all fields of medicine and health sciences. While Arta Medica is designed primarily for surgical specialties, it also welcomes contributions from clinical medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, social medicine, and public health. In addition to biomedical research, the journal encourages interdisciplinary studies addressing the ethical, educational, psychological, and social aspects of healthcare, as well as topics related to medical history and health policy. By integrating clinical and humanistic perspectives, Arta Medica aims to promote a comprehensive understanding of medicine as both a science and a social mission.
